Facilities @ Assets Management System (F@AMS) is designed based on open architecture and web based system which provide the operators with easy and fast access of critical information for effective decision making, it also offers to interface with various system such as Mechanical & Electrical (M&E),Security and Alarm Management system and other networks within or external to the facility.
The system provides the inter-link between all sites managed by the organization to facilitate global information sharing and transfer. All the applications are operated on the common platform as it facilitate excellent communications and data exchange within the system resulting create intelligent and efficiency operations .
The basic role of the F@AMS shall be Office Automation and Property Management for global database sharing and centralised/distributed management. Facilities and Assets Management Solution (F@AMS) shall be a suite of enterprise-level applications to manage buildings and facilities.

Energy management routines are programmable. It shall coordinate with the Building Subsystem vendors to derive the efficient power utilization.
The system shall log in all records related to Energy consumption. The system shall generate reports on the energy used by various subsystems in a periodic time.
The system shall also be capable of calculating the amount of energy used by various departments based on the floor area occupied.
