Enersavers™ Controller

The Enersavers™ Controller soft start motor controller delivers proven energy savings for companies running AC induction motors. It is a new generation of motor controllers, that not only manages energy usage, but also incorporates a true ramp-type soft start reducing inrush current up to 70%. The Enersavers™ Controller reduces both contactor wear and mechanical breakdowns, and extends the life of the motor.
The Enersavers™ Controller is available in both single-phase and three-phase, in sizes up to 250 horsepower to accommodate many motor applications.

The Enersavers™ Controller monitors the AC induction motor so it functions at its optimum efficiency. It constantly senses the workload of the motor. When the actual workload of the motor is lower than the rated load, the sensing circuits reduce the power (voltage and current) supplied to the motor to the exact level it requires.

The Enersavers™ Controller family supports a range of configurations to best fit your needs. All configurations below are based on a 480 V rating.
